A private investor has sold a 7,125-square-foot mixed-use building in Union City for nearly $1.8 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Tuesday.
In a news release, the firm said the building at 2000 Bergenline Ave. includes a Dunkin Donuts and eight apartments. Michael Lombardi and Alexander Pildes, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
They highlighted its location just one mile from the Lincoln Tunnel.
