A developer has sold a 2,800-square-foot 7-Eleven property at the border of Plainfield and Fanwood for more than $2.5 million, Marcus & Millichap announced Monday.
Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office, said Marcus & Millichap represented the seller of 1478 South Ave. in Plainfield. The property is net-leased and sits at the signalized intersection of South Avenue and Terrill Road.
Investment specialists Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and David Cafiero, who are based in the Saddle Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property.
Neighboring national retailers include Wendy’s, Burger King, Walgreens, McDonald’s, KFC and PNC Bank, according to a news release.
