A contractor has renewed its nearly 14,000-square-foot lease at a Robbinsville industrial building, under a newly announced deal by NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The brokerage firm said the tenant, Elecnor Hawkeye, uses the facility at 92 North Main St. for office, warehouse and maintenance space for its equipment and cabling materials. NAI DiLeo-Bram’s Marc Schein represented the occupier, which performs underground utility work and cabling for major utilities, in both the renewal and its original lease at the property.
Elecnor occupies 13,640 square feet.
“I am pleased to have once again represented Elecnor Hawkeye with its real estate objectives,” said Shein, a senior vice president with the Piscataway-based firm. “The company has been a great tenant in the building for several years and wanted to remain in this centrally located part of the state so it can easily travel to all of its clients’ sites.”
