The new owner of a 100-unit rental community in Bridgewater has tapped Value Cos. to oversee leasing and management of the property.
Value Asset Management, a full-service division of the Clifton-based firm, announced recently that it secured the assignment for the complex at 100 Bellis Court. The news follows the recent sale of the property, which was developed in 2012 by Woodmont Properties and was previously known as Woodmont Square at Bridgewater.
The undisclosed buyer has since changed the property’s name to Bridgewater Square. It is now the latest addition to Value Cos.’ third-party management portfolio.
“In the case of Bridgewater Square, it was purchased by a private real estate investor who was seeking a full-service company with a strong track record for providing efficient and effective operations, a high level of customer service and satisfaction and an increased leasing velocity and resident retention,” said Jack Linefsky, vice president of property management for Value Cos. “VAM brings the extensive experience of managing a portfolio of more than 3,000 apartment homes across all rental product types and sizes.
“We’re excited to add Bridgewater Square to our community roster.”
The community features a mix of one- to three-bedroom layouts with high-end interiors, finishes and appliances, along with a location off Route 202 and access to other major highways. On-site amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, game room, business center and basketball court, among others.
