A bar and lounge owner is eyeing a new location after its purchase of a restaurant property in Pennsuaken, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced Thursday.
The operator, Dashnay Coleman, paid an undisclosed price in the transaction at 6223 and 6225 Westfield Ave., which it acquired from a private seller. The site will be the new home of VIPLUXLOUNGE, boasting a location near routes 30, 130 and 38 and minutes from Center City Philadelphia.
Vantage Commercial’s Corinne Giletto and Peter Abdallah, both directors of client relations, worked closely with Coleman and local officials to source a location within a redevelopment zone.
