A professional services firm has leased 3,000 square feet at a Burlington County office building, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
The undisclosed tenant is relocating to 39 Jackson Road in Medford, a newly renovated, two-story office building near Route 70 and other thoroughfares. Ken Richardson, executive director, and Emily Stein, director of health care services at Vantage Commercial, brokered the transaction.
“The business will be well positioned for success and future growth within Jackson Commons in Medford,” Richardson said. “The newly created space will be welcoming and efficient for their clients. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market. Our relationships with landlords, including Green Jade Properties LLC, become even more important as we all need to be able to service clients during challenging times.”
