A financial planner has purchased a 5,500-square-foot office building in downtown Haddon Heights, according to a brokerage team with Vantage Commercial.
The buyer, Jeff Jones of Cypress Financial Planning, paid an undisclosed sum for the freestanding property at 400 White Horse Pike in Haddon Heights. Vantage Commercial’s Mike Gries represented the purchaser in the deal, noting that the three-story building sits among densely populated residential neighborhoods and close to retail and restaurants, while providing quick access to Interstate 295 and routes 130 and 76.
“As a resident of Haddon Heights, I always get an added kick out of placing someone here,” said Gries, an adviser with Vantage Commercial. “Jeff knew what he wanted, was responsive and attentive throughout, and I am happy I could deliver for him.
“I am confident that he will be a great resource for the town, and I look forward to seeing him around and watching his business continue to grow.”
