A private investor has acquired a more than 13,000-square-foot office building in Gloucester County, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
Brokers with the firm represented the buyer in the transaction in Monroe Township, at 100 North Black Horse Pike in the Williamstown section. They noted that the buyer immediately secured a new tenant for the 13,398-square-foot building, leasing 2,400 square feet to Metropolitan Dermatology to allow the practice to expand beyond another location in South Jersey.
Vantage Commercial Senior Adviser Vince Ceroli and Managing Director and Director of Health Care Services Emily Stein completed the assignment. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
“This transaction was challenging,” Ceroli said. “A deal that required a lot of problem solving at every stage of the process, but our client’s perseverance really made it possible. We are grateful for the opportunity to help our client secure this location.”
