A new State Farm Insurance location is coming to a Camden County shopping center, under a deal arranged by Vantage Commercial.
The agency, which will occupy 1,400 square feet, will join several food and service retailers at 296 White Horse Pike in the Atco section of Waterford Township, according to a news release. Vantage Commercial Director of Health Care Services Emily Stein brokered the lease between State Farm Agent Intern Zakiyyah Wiley and John DiDonato, the property owner.
“As the newest tenant of Town Square in Atco, I see a viable future and a great opportunity to engage with and serve my local community,” Wiley said. “Thanks Vantage RES for helping to make this possible.”
The business will benefit from a growing consumer base and the location’s proximity to Route 73, Vantage Commercial said.
“Zakiyyah and her team are answering to a continued demand for quality insurance products,” Stein said. “We are thrilled that we were able to secure the right space to help her accomplish her goals so that she can, in turn, help fulfill her client’s goals.”
