A bridal boutique is expanding its footprint in southern New Jersey with the completion of a new lease in Cherry Hill, according to Vantage Real Estate Services.
The operator, A Beautiful Touch, is leasing 680 square feet at 219-221 Haddonfield-Berlin Road under a transaction with Cherry Hill Plazas LLC. The boutique joins a host of other service and restaurant tenants at what’s known as Centrum Shoppes, Vantage RES, and was slated to move to the newly renovated neighborhood shopping center this month.
Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage RES, worked closely with both parties in the transaction. The deal marks the second lease that she has secured in Centrum Shoppes within the last 30 days, following its recent designation as the property’s leasing agent.
“We are thrilled to bring A Beautiful Touch to the Centrum Shoppes,” Walsh said. “This family-owned wedding accessory store offers unique apparel and gift-options that we know will resonate with the Cherry Hill community.”
Founded in 2000 by a mother and daughter, A Beautiful Touch carries a host accessories for bridges and weddings.
