Two owners have sold more than 34,000 square feet of retail space near Route 130 in Burlington, under a transaction arranged by Vantage Real Estate Services.
Brokers with the firm announced the sale of 1104-1110 and 1112-1128 Sunset Road, which comprise three condominium units on a busy thoroughfare in the township. The deal involved two sellers, Filler Properties and 1112 Sunset Properties LLC, which sold the units to Burlington Property Management LLC.
Terms were not disclosed.
Vantages RES founder and Managing Principal Leor Hemo and Peter Abdallah, a vice president with the firm, completed the sale using what they said was an aggressive, grassroots approach. They touted the property’s proximity to Lourdes Medical Center, Cooper University Medical Center, restaurants and other local amenities.
“Our team has the tenacity and experience to tackle tough projects and help our clients achieve their goals,” Hemo said. “This was a challenging project, but we achieved the results we were hired for.”
The buyer is planning significant upgrades and improvements to the center’s façade with the goal of leasing the remaining spaces, according to a news release. It has retained Vantage RES to market the vacancies for lease.
