A petroleum company has acquired an office condominium in Marlton for its new headquarters, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented MR3 Enterprises LLC in its purchase of 651 Route 73 North, Suite 204. The Flynn Group sold the space, which is located within the Pavilions at Greentree complex, for an undisclosed price.
Vantage RES Sales Associate Ken Richardson represented MR3 and Managing Member Param Malhi in the transaction, touting the property’s high visibility and proximity to Interstate 295, Route 70, Virtua Hospital and nearby retail amenities.
MR3’s continuous growth required a move to a larger facility to accommodate its headquarters, Vantage RES said.
“Vantage was responsive and professional from the first call,” Mali said. “They met our scheduling needs, touring property at nights and on weekends.”
