A longtime retail property executive has rejoined NAI James E. Hanson as a sales associate in its Parsippany office, the commercial real estate services firm said.
Ken Fioretti brings nearly 15 years of industry experience to the role and will focus on sales and leasing in the northern New Jersey retail market, according to a news release. It is his second stint with NAI Hanson, where he previously served as a sales associate before taking a position as director of acquisitions and development with PMG Retail in 2015.
At PMG Retail, Fioretti was responsible for overseeing the acquisition team and identifying target expansion markets for new developments and generating marketing programs for the retail and brokerage communities, the news release. Along with his new role, he also serves as principal and chief technology officer of MarketView Solutions.
He was previously a vice president of commercial leasing at Edgewood Properties Inc. and a vice president of marketing and leasing at Crossroads Cos. He has conducted leasing and sales activity on behalf of major retailers such as ShopRite, Mercedes-Benz USA, Novartis, Pathmark, Foodtown and Domino’s.
“Today’s challenging retail environment means that employing experienced and highly knowledgeable sales associates is a pre-requisite for success in this sector,” said Josh Levering, senior vice president and branch manager for NAI Hanson’s Parsippany office. “Ken brings significant market knowledge and relationships with leading retailers to this position to ensure that our retail team can continue to excel in this rapidly changing marketplace.
“Our office will benefit from having him rejoin our team and, more importantly, so will our clients.”
Fioretti is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey and New York, the news release said. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves as a planning board commissioner in his hometown of Bloomingdale.
