A television production company has joined the tenant roster at a 54,000-square-foot office building in Maplewood, following a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The tenant, Double Exposure Films LLC, has leased 1,164 square feet at 515 Valley St. Sheldon Gross said the company is relocating from elsewhere in Maplewood and joins a children’s book publisher, a fresh fruit delivery service and several other businesses at the property.
Eric Weston, a vice president with the West Orange-based brokerage, arranged the deal.
“This transaction is good news both for Double Exposure Films and Maplewood,” Weston said. “The business is expanding, and the fact that it committed to doing so without leaving the township is testament to Maplewood’s excellence as a hub for commerce in Essex County.”
