The $220 million Gateway project is quickly taking shape along the Atlantic City shoreline, as seen in this latest video from developer AC Devco.
When complete, the 675,000-square-foot development will include new academic and student housing buildings for Stockton University and a six-story office tower for South Jersey Industries.
The project in the city’s Chelsea section is slated to open by next fall, delivering a much-needed nongaming destination to the resort town.
