An area real estate firm has acquired a property along one of Voorhees’ main business corridors, with plans to demolish an existing building to make way for new development.
In a news release, Vantage Real Estate Services said it represented Juliano Developers in its purchase of 324 Burnt Mills Road. While the firm’s exact plans are still be determined, the brokerage said the property is zoned for commercial use and that razing the existing property will allow it to use the site “as it was intended.”
Vantage RES Vice President Peter Abdallah represented the Juliano family in the acquisition, touting the property’s 212 feet of frontage on Burnt Mills Road. The site is also positioned next to a Sears Outlet and in close proximity to the Voorhees Town Center.
“Working with Peter on this property was indeed a very fortuitous exchange,” Robert Juliano of Juliano Developers said in a prepared statement. “It is very impressive to see the energy and drive the team that Leor and the entire Vantage RES Group brings to the table. In this light, we look forward to many, many future opportunities.”
