Walters has taken the wraps off a new joint substation for Stafford Township’s volunteer fire company, emergency medical services and emergency management department.
The developer, which is based in nearby Barnegat, developed the facility at 357 Haywood Road as part of its community investment initiative in a municipality where it has completed several residential projects. Its work has also included refurbishing and reconditioning the existing Stafford Park water tower and building the township’s newest park and playground, Park of the Pines, while the firm has also completed improvements at Nautilus Park and a new traffic signal near a Costco on Barnegat Road.
