A nearly 40,000-square-foot flex commercial building in Warren has changed hands for $3.9 million, following a transaction arranged by Lee & Associates New Jersey.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Tenbe Realty of Hilton Head, South Carolina, in its disposition of 6 Powder Horn Drive. The buyer, Emerald Green Estates LLC, is a Linden-based company.
“We are pleased to announce the successful completion of this transaction,” said Rick Gelmetti, an executive vice president with Lee & Associates New Jersey. “This building is a truly unique space as it is easily able to house multiple types of businesses. It can accommodate office space, warehousing space, loading space and additional flex space.”
Gelmetti brokered the deal at the 37,000-square-foot facility, which sits on 7.5 acres near Interstate 78. He noted that the building features an office front with two drive-ins and four tailboards, while ceiling heights throughout the building are between 24 and 28.
