A water ice and ice cream parlor has signed a lease for a new location in Cherry Hill, in a newly completed transaction by Vantage Commercial.
The brokerage firm said Friday that Primo Water Ice is taking an undisclosed amount of space at 484 Evesham Road, the home of the Towne Center at Short Hills. The tenant will join a property that will see the addition of a new building this year, offering a location near routes 70 and 73 and the heavily trafficked Springdale and Kresson roads.
Other tenants include Altum Chiropractic, Olive Nails and Tabboulee Mediterranean Restaurant. Emily Stein, director of health care services at Vantage Commercial, worked with landlords Harry Rosenblum and Jay Wegweiser to negotiate and secure the space for the operators, Adriana and Victoria Adams.
“The centralized location of the Towne Center at Short Hills allows for the perfect location for Primo Water Ice,” Stein said. “We know that (Primo) will be a welcome addition to the center as well as the surrounding community. The Adams’ business will be well positioned for success within Short Hills and neighboring residential developments.”
