A real estate firm has sold a 3,500-square-foot office building at the entrance of downtown Marlton, Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday.
The brokerage firm said it represented both the seller, First Montgomery Group, and the buyer, ServicEngineBPO, in the sale of 78 East Main St. Terms were not disclosed.
Chris Henderson, senior associate of WCRE, handled the assignment for the firm.
First Montgomery Group is family-owned and operated real estate group specializing in building, developing, owning and managing properties in New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania, Wolf said in a news release. The firm now plans to relocate its headquarters to a new office building on Haddon Avenue in Westmont.
ServicEngineBPO is a business process outsourcing company specializing in digital advertising and application development Services, the news release said. The new owner has in turn moved its headquarters to the Marlton building, where it can be centrally located to different local companies, restaurants and retailers.
