A construction business is relocating to a nearly 10,000-square-foot flex industrial building in Pennsauken after acquiring the property, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm announced Friday that it represented the seller, Snacky Ventures LLC, in the transaction at 9275 Commerce Hwy. C.L.E. COMMERCE HWY LLC paid an undisclosed sum for the 9,816-square-foot flex industrial building, which sits on about an acre within the Pennsauken Industrial Park.
WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf, who brokered the sale, said the building is broken into 8,418 square feet of clear span industrial space and 1,398 square feet of office space. He added that it provides direct access to routes 73, 130 and 90 and is minutes from the Betsy Ross and Tacony-Palmyra bridges.
