A surgery practice has leased 2,500 square feet of medical office space in Gloucester County, under a newly announced transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm represented American Surgical Arts & Dr. Sean Bidic, the landlord at 199 Mullica Hill Road in Mullica Hill, in the transaction with Princeton Brain and Spine Center. The medical office suite provides the practice with a location at the intersection of Route 322 and the Mullica Hill Bypass, along with proximity to the new Inspira Medical Center.
