A child care business has leased more than a third of a 15,070-square-foot retail building in Camden County, brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate said Friday.
The firm said it represented both parties in the transaction at 219 Burnt Mill Road in Voorhees. One Step at a Time Academy LLC leased the 6,100-square-foot space from Burnt Mill Properties LLC as part of an expansion within southern New Jersey.
WCRE Principal and Vice President Christopher Henderson completed the assignment.
For One Step at a Time Academy, which WCRE said has teachers with seasoned experience, the new location will allow for additional classrooms, a larger play area and convenient access within South Jersey. Its new home is a freestanding retail building positioned that is near amenities such as the Voorhees Town Center, health care providers and corporate office users.
The property also provides easy access to Route 561 and Interstate 295.
