A real estate firm has acquired nearly 8,700 square feet of commercial space in the Burlington County township of Southampton, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented MFB-ONE L.P. in its sale of 127 Red Lion Road, an 8,651-square-foot flex building near routes 206 and 70. The structure sits on two acres, WCRE said, adding that Ridgeline Properties purchased the asset as part of a growing portfolio in the surrounding area.
WCRE Vice President Ryan Barikian completed the assignment.
