The owner of a Haddon Heights office building has leased 3,200 square feet to a network of insurance agencies, brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced.
In a news release Friday, WCRE said it represented 515 Grove Street Associates LLC in the lease at The Grove Office Plaza, which sits at 515 Grove St. off Route 30. The tenant, Acrisure LLC, is a growing national group of agencies offering insurance and risk management expertise to clients of all sizes and across multiple industries.
Its new home is off Exit 29 of Interstate 295 and is surrounded by retail, dining and other amenities.
WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf represented ownership in the transaction.
