A legal aid organization has renewed and expanded its lease at a Freehold office building, under a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm represented the tenant, South Jersey Legal Services Inc., in the 6,488-square-foot transaction at 303 West Main St. The property, owned by Magellan NYC West Main LLC, has served as the nonprofit’s home for several years and provides regional access via the nearby Route 33 and the Garden State Parkway.
WCRE Chief Sales Officer and Executive Vice President Kevin Coleman brokered the deal on behalf of the organization, which serves low-income individuals in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean and Salem counties.
