An investor has acquired a more than 50,000-square-foot office building in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage team represented the seller, Davis & Associates, in the transaction at 8000 Sagemore Drive, according to a news release. A buyer listed as 8000 Sagemore Drive LLC paid an undisclosed sum for the multitenant, 50,400-square-foot property just off Route 73, which provides easy access to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
WCRE Executive Vice President John Mozzillo and Managing Principal Jason Wolf arranged the sale, adding that the building is adjacent to The Promenade at Sagemore.
