The new owner of a four-building, 135,000-square-foot office portfolio in Burlington County has tapped Wolf Commercial Real Estate as its leasing agent.
The brokerage firm announced Wednesday that it was marketing multiple spaces at the Evesham Corporate Center, which includes 2, 4A, 4B and 5 Eves Drive in the Marlton section of Evesham. It’s doing so on behalf of Nassimi Realty LLC, the landlord, noting that the complex is already home to users in the law, health care and technology sectors, among others.
“We are excited to be working with WCRE’s leasing team of Bethany Brown and Mike Scanzano, and I am confident they will be very successful in marketing this premier corporate center,” said Chaim Wiater, Nassimi Realty’s director of leasing.
In a news release, WCRE noted that 4A and 4B Eves Drive are single-story buildings, while 2 Eves and 5 Eves comprise two and three stories, respectively. The firm is marketing availabilities throughout the complex, which is just off Route 73 and less than 12 miles from Philadelphia.
The campus is also two miles from the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Route 70.
