The new owner of a 41,000-square-foot office building in Mount Laurel has picked Wolf Commercial Real Estate as the property’s leasing agent.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it was representing Triumvirate Investment LLC in the assignment at 400 Fellowship Road, where it’s now marketing spaces as large as 20,000 square feet. It did so while touting the property’s location along the Route 73 corridor and its easy access to Route 70, Route 38, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
WCRE also noted that ownership has launched renovations to common areas, lobbies and other parts of the building, which is minutes from hotels, restaurants and other amenities.
