A broker at Wolf Commercial Real Estate has become its newest principal and shareholder, earning the promotion less than four years after joining the firm.
The Marlton-based business announced this week that Chris Henderson had been elevated to the new role effective Jan. 1. He joined the firm as an associate in 2014 and was previously promoted to vice president in late 2016.
In a news release, WCRE touted Henderson’s “tremendous leadership skills, collaborative approach, entrepreneurial spirit and a boundless work ethic that has served him well within the company and the community.”
“Chris’s new role within the company is well deserved, and I am proud to welcome him to the WCRE partnership,” said Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE. “Our firm’s growth and success relies on the strength and development of our team, our clients, and our communities. Chris has helped to define the integrity, quality, teamwork, and focus that are the essence of the WCRE brand.”
Henderson, a former professional baseball player in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, focuses his practice on the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia regions. He is a graduate of George Mason University.
