An investor has purchased a 25,000-square-foot industrial and cold storage building in Salem County, under a newly announced transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage team, which represented the seller in the deal at 18 North Virginia Ave. in Penns Grove, said the buyer will use the space for food distribution. The nearly one-acre site is minutes from Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, providing access to Delaware, Philadelphia and New York.
WCRE Senior Adviser Phil Costa and Vice President Ryan Barikian completed the sale on behalf of Infinite Holdings LLC. A buyer listed as 18 North Virginia Avenue LLC paid an undisclosed price for the asset.
