A financial advisory firm has taken 7,000 square feet of office space in Woodbridge’s Metropark district, in a newly announced deal by CBRE.
According to a news release, Seventy2 Capital Wealth Management will occupy part of the seventh floor at 33 Wood Ave. South under the transaction with MetroPark Associates LLC. CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Joseph Sarno and Joseph A. Sarno serve as the leasing agents and represented ownership at the eight-story, 135,000 square-foot property, which sits in the township’s Iselin section, while Matt Loughlin and Jodie Matthews of JLL represented the tenant.
“MetroPark Associates’ reputation for stable and quality ownership and the property’s convenient access to the Metropark NJ Transit station, Garden State Parkway, Newark Airport and the New Jersey Turnpike make this property a premier office building,” Meisel said. “An on-site café, fitness center, more than 500 surface and covered parking spaces and EV charging stations top the amenities list at 33 Wood Avenue South.”
CBRE noted, aside from its quick access to highways and mass transit, the property is minutes from a host of restaurant, banking and hotel options.
