We all know the media industry is changing by the day, but one constant in recent years has been the appetite for real-time, thoughtful news about business and industry.
Commercial real estate is no exception — especially when it comes to New Jersey.
It’s why we’re incredibly proud to launch Real Estate NJ, a new publication dedicated to covering this industry in the great Garden State. Our goal is to be your link to commercial real estate in New Jersey, whether you’re a developer, investor or one of the hundreds of professionals who are so important to making this industry successful.
To achieve that goal, we’ll bring you daily updates, deals and breaking stories online at RE-NJ.com. Starting in January, we’ll deliver the best insights, analysis and personal success stories from the market in our monthly Real Estate NJ magazine, a product you won’t find anywhere else.
This new venture would not be possible without the support and vision of Paul Profeta, a business leader in our state who sees the value of highlighting this dynamic industry. We knew that to be the case more than three years ago, when he committed $1.5 million to establish an endowed chair at Rutgers Business School, leading to what is now the quickly growing Rutgers Center for Real Estate.
With Real Estate NJ, Paul’s leadership and commitment to creating a new publication will allow us to bring you the very best coverage of New Jersey’s commercial real estate sector, so we thank him for that.
Personally, I’m looking forward to continuing my coverage of this market and continuing many of the great relationships I’ve developed over the years. I’m also eager to build new relationships, all of which will help us tell the story of just how important and how distinctive this industry is in New Jersey — and how it’s now evolving and adapting more than ever.
In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us with your feedback, suggestions, story ideas and anything else you think will help us be successful. Best of luck and thanks for reading!
