Wells Fargo Bank has relocated an existing branch to the site of a former mattress store in Newark’s Ironbound section, The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
The retail brokerage represented 92-96 Sassco LLC, the landlord at 92 Ferry St., in the 3,600-square-foot lease with the banking giant. The branch will help backfill a former Mattress Firm space just south of Market Street.
The Goldstein Group Principal Neil Goldstein completed the assignment for the Paramus-based firm. Joan Cenicola of NAI James E Hanson represented the tenant.
