Wendy’s has signed a new lease along a key commercial corridor in Hudson County, in one of three newly announced deals by The Goldstein Group.
The fast-food chain is taking 3,300 square feet at 5005 Bergenline Ave. in West New York, the brokerage team said in a news release. The Goldstein Group Vice President John Ostrowski, Director Chris Conway, Sales Associate Roy Paret and Principal Neil Goldstein represented both the landlord, Bergenline Holdings LLC, and the tenant.
At 4200 Bergenline Ave., in Union City, AFC Urgent Care leased 2,600 square feet in a deal with Bergenline Mehra LLC. Conway represented the tenant, while Alicea Santella of Commercial Retail Associates represented ownership.
Meantime, Conway and Paret represented both parties in a commitment by Alsaedi Convenience Store at 4900 Bergenline Ave., also in Union City. The tenant is leasing an undisclosed amount of space from The Devli Group.
“We’re seeing an influx of retailers and restaurants that are active in the central business district of several municipalities in New Jersey,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “It’s not just the local tenants, but several national and regional chains are seeking sites.”
