G.S. Wilcox & Co. has arranged $27.2 million in financing for a three-building industrial portfolio in central New Jersey, the commercial mortgage banking firm said.
In a news release, G.S. Wilcox said it brokered the loan for the 410,000-square-foot portfolio through Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, one of its correspondent lenders. The firm did not disclose the addresses of the properties, but said they include two recently constructed buildings and one existing facility along the Interstate 287 corridor.
President Gretchen S. Wilcox, Principal Al Raymond and Senior Associate Wesley Wilcox handled the deal for the Morristown-based firm. The loan was fixed at a rate of 4 percent for 20 years, with a 30-year amortization.
“G.S. Wilcox & Co.’s longstanding relationship with Thrivent Financial allowed us to fix such a low rate over an extended term for a repeat borrower of the firm,” Wilcox said.
