Prism Capital Partners has filled the retail space at its mixed-use Avenue & Green property in Woodbridge after securing leases with Wonder, the food hall and delivery startup, and a chiropractic and physical therapy practice.
According to the developer, Wonder is now open at the base of the 232-unit luxury rental project at 10 Green St. The space will house the fast-growing fast-casual dining company and a concept that allows customers to explore menus of more than 20 restaurant partners for takeout, delivery and meal kits in a single order.
Wonder is leasing 2,040 square feet, as is New Jersey Sports Chiropractic PC for a practice that offers a range of chiropractic, physical therapy and other services. Prism Construction Services is supervising the interior fit-out for the new office, which joins the provider’s other locations in New Jersey and New York.
RIPCO Real Estate’s Deborah Stone represented Prism in both deals.
“Providing residents and the local community with top-quality conveniences has always been a priority at Avenue & Green,” said Robert Fourniadis, Prism’s senior vice president for residential. “Wonder and New Jersey Sports Chiropractic certainly speak to that. We are thrilled for Avenue & Green’s retail space to reach 100 percent occupancy with the additions of these two sought-after tenants.”
Avenue & Green also includes LeGrand Coffee House, led by Woodbridge native Eric LeGrand, along with the full-service salon, spa and hair and scalp wellness center led by Woodbridge native Vito Mazza and The UPS Store. The businesses complement the upscale residential building, which opened in fall 2021 as part of a redevelopment adjacent to the Woodbridge train station.
