Woodmont Properties has launched leasing for the first phase of what will be 120 new upscale apartments in the Warren County township of Liberty.
Known as Woodmont Liberty at Independence, the development at Route 517 and Bilby Road is a mix of one-, two- and two-bedroom-plus-den apartments, with monthly rents beginning at $2,440, according to a news release. The Fairfield-based developer is now seeking to lure would-be residents with high-end interiors with private patios and balconies, technology meant to elevate the living experience and amenities such as a swimming pool, fire pits, grills and hiking paths.
The 11-acre property is less than two miles from Hackettstown, which has commuter rail service, and is accessible from highways such as Interstate 80, Route 46 and Route 206.
“Woodmont Liberty offers the ideal home base, with its refined yet luxurious apartments, thoughtfully curated amenities, and location amidst Warren County’s impressive dining, shopping and recreational establishments,” said Stephen Santola, Woodmont Properties’ executive vice president and general counsel. “The commencement of leasing marks a tremendous milestone for those who have dedicated time and hard work to bringing the vision of this community to life. We’re thrilled to welcome new residents to this incredible community.”
Woodmont added that the pet-friendly property has a bark park and an indoor pet spa, while also catering to residents who work remotely with spaces such a conference room and private work pods. Additionally, tenants have access to a fully equipped fitness center that includes a spin and yoga studio, a club room with billiards and foosball gaming tables, dedicated storage rooms, bike storage and a 24/7 package center.
