Woodmont Properties welcomed local officials last week to mark the opening of Woodmont Forge at Hopewell, its new 300-unit luxury apartment complex in Mercer County.
Located just south of Interstate 295, the complex at 100 Forge Circle is the latest addition to the developer’s ever-growing multifamily portfolio in the region. The collection of one- and two-bedroom homes and upscale amenities were on display June 17 as the firm hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony, joining Hopewell Mayor Courtney Peters-Manning and Deputy Mayor Uma Purandare, along with Hopewell committeepersons David Chait and Kevin Kuchinski and Debra Tantleff, chair of the New Jersey Builders Association.
Also on hand were Woodmont Chairman Donald Witmondt, CEO Eric Witmondt and Executive Vice President and General Counsel Stephen Santola. They celebrated the milestone with renters having leased 35 percent of the property, which is a short ride from Princeton and minutes from a host of cultural attractions, commercial hubs and scenic outdoor destinations.
Some apartments at Woodmont Forge have lofts or dens, while residents have the option to rent private garages, according to a prior news release. Amenities include a game den, a multiuse theater room and fitness studios with strength and cardio equipment and on-demand yoga and spin classes, along with spaces for hybrid and remote workers, a pool terrace and a sundeck.
