Woodmont Properties has reached full occupancy at its luxury 300-unit apartment community in Mount Arlington, touting the demand for high-end rentals in a suburban setting.
The firm said the property, known as Woodmont West, opened for leasing in summer 2016 and attracted renters with its location and a long list of high-end amenities. Those features include a resort-style swimming pool and hot tub with sun deck, resident lounge, clubhouse and fitness center, among many others, along with a rural wooded backdrop.
“Since opening our doors last year, Woodmont West has achieved incredible success in providing residents with a luxury environment that features a unique combination of leisure, comfort and convenience,” said Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties. “The popularity of Woodmont West has demonstrated that the community has become one of the area’s most desirable places to live.”
The 55-acre community offers easy access to nearby highways and local bus and train stations, the Fairfield-based developer said in a news release. The property is about 15 miles from downtown Morristown and minutes from the Rockaway Mall.
Other amenities at Woodmont West include a business center and conference room, private party room, recreation court, bocce court and an indoor golf center with a putting green and golf simulator.
Woodmont West won 16 industry awards this year, including the Community of the Year award from the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey, and honors from the New Jersey Builders Association for its clubhouse, amenities and outdoor living space.
