A yoga studio has leased a 3,300-square-foot retail space in downtown Summit, Sheldon Gross Realty brokers announced last week.
The business, Home Power Yoga, is expanding to a second location with its new commitment at 333 Springfield Ave., a nine-store property managed by Sheldon Gross Realty. The firm’s president, Marcy Gross, and Matt Leonelli, assistant vice president, brokered the deal.
In their news release, Sheldon Gross touted that the yoga studio, which has another location in Cranford, will be in Summit’s upscale business district, within close proximity to Chatham, Chatham Township, New Providence and the Mall at Short Hills.
“Summit’s shopping district is surrounded by some of the loveliest, most affluent communities in Morris and Union counties,” Gross said. “It’s an ideal spot for this new yoga studio, which I can say with confidence because, as property manager of the building it’s located in, I know firsthand how the tenants thrive.”
