A team with Keller Williams Town Life is celebrating its recent banner year, having completed more than $106 million in sales volume across nearly 200 transactions in 2019.
The Zamir Group, led by broker-associate Zohar “Zack” Zamir, announced the milestone this week, making it the first real estate group to break $100 million in a single year in New Jersey Multiple Listing Service Inc. history. The volume contributed to what was the agency’s fourth consecutive year ranking No. 1 in NJMLS sales, the group said, noting that the distinction signifies that it bested roughly 11,500 other NJMLS real estate agents in Bergen County and other nearby New Jersey counties for the region’s top sales award.
“Although we conducted nearly 200 transactions in 2019, it never felt crammed or busy, because we have a robust team that gives every client the attention and diligence needed to succeed,” Zamir said. “Every client tells us that working with The Zamir Group felt like a one-on-one transaction.”
The Zamir Group is comprised of a 14-person real estate specialty team servicing home buyers and sellers in northeast New Jersey, with a focus on Bergen and Hudson counties. With offices in Fair Lawn and Tenafly, the agency has inked more than 500 transactions worth more than $300 million across three years.
What’s more, since 2016, The Zamir Group has ranked in the top 1 percent of real estate agencies nationwide for customer service, it said in a news release. The team includes agents with extensive experience in working with first-time homebuyers, luxury homes, commercial and investment properties, property management and other specialty areas.

The agency also pointed to its experience in navigating real estate laws and regulations in all of Bergen and Hudson counties and some areas in Passaic and Essex counties. Several agents at The Zamir Group speak Hebrew, Spanish, French, Russian, Hindu and Armenian, Zamir said, citing his agency’s linguistic diversity as part of his group’s success.
