A trucking and logistics firm has acquired more than 4,000 square feet of industrial space and three adjacent acres in Pennsauken, in a transaction arranged by Markeim Chalmers Inc.
The buyer, Capital Invest Group Inc., paid $1 million to purchase the property at 405 37th St. The company will use the outside storage area to house its trucking fleet, Markeim Chalmers said, noting that such properties are in high demand.
Markeim Chalmers Senior Associate Adam Dembo represented the seller, Stallion Realty LLC, and the buyer. Located minutes from the Betsy Ross Bridge, the 4,380-square-foot building and the adjacent lot offer easy access to area highways and Philadelphia.
