Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated closings on redevelopment properties in Wood-Ridge and East Orange.
In a news release, the firm said Urszula Zoltek was the exclusive agent for a corner redevelopment property consisting of three lots at 170 Valley Blvd. in Wood-Ridge. The site was on the market for less than a month and sold at full asking price to a local investor for redevelopment purposes, closing within three months.
Zoltek represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal.
In East Orange, Zoltek’s Susan Preisler represented both parties in the trade of 513-517 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., the site of a Rita’s Ices building. A buyer listed as 533 Main Street Urban Renewal LLC, in connection with Triangle Equities’ mixed-use project known as The Crossings at Brick Church Station, purchased the property.
Preisler also represented Newark Community Health Centers, which plans to open a 5,000-square-foot Ambulatory Care Center at The Crossings at Brick Church Station.
