A law firm is set to occupy 1,600 square feet at a newly renovated office building in Moorestown, following a lease arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, WCRE said it represented Bratton Scott LLC in its lease at 505 South Lenola Road. The tenant is expanding its presence in the region and will use the new space, which offers easy access to routes 38 and 73, as a satellite office to existing officers in Haddonfield, Ewing, Linwood and Center City Philadelphia.
WCRE Senior Associate Ryan Barikian represented the tenant in the deal, touting its location within the Moorestown business district.
