Seagis Property Group has acquired a fully leased, 80,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Secaucus, the firm announced Thursday.
In touting its purchase of 350 Secaucus Road, the firm highlighted the building’s location six miles from Manhattan and 12 miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth. The deal gives Seagis, which is based in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, a portfolio in northern New Jersey that now includes 27 buildings spanning more than 4.3 million square feet.
Terms were not disclosed.
“This property is centrally located in the Meadowlands with only a short drive to Manhattan,” said Brian Tozer, vice president with Seagis. “We are pleased to add this functional, fully leased building into the Seagis portfolio.”
The firm also highlighted the building’s 11 tailgate dock doors, 21-foot-clear ceilings and New Jersey Turnpike frontage at Exit 16E.
