Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has opened a new leasing office in Teaneck as part of its marketing effort for more than 650,000 square feet of office space at the Glenpointe complex.
The real estate firm said the new 3,400-square-foot space, designed by Studio 1200, will provide “a modern and welcoming space from which to manage the building and meet with prospective tenants.” JLL is the leasing broker and property management firm for Glenpointe’s office buildings, which include 200, 300, 400 and 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd.
Sitting on 50 acres, the mixed-use campus is at the intersection of interstates 80 and 95. It’s also home to 700 hotel rooms in the attached Marriott at Glenpointe and the recently opened, dual-branded Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites at Glenpointe across the street.
“For a property like Glenpointe, an attractive leasing office can sometimes be seen as a luxury rather than a necessity,” said Ryan Sanzari, chief operating officer of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “But our team recognizes this new office as a crucial piece of the puzzle in the continued high occupancy found at the complex as it provides an unforgettable first impression for new tenants and serves as unique and inviting space to conduct business with existing tenants.”
Glenpointe also includes a 26,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, a full-service bank, a cafeteria, a restaurant, a wine bar and other amenities.
