NAI James E. Hanson has made two promotions within its commercial brokerage team.
The firm, which is based in Teterboro, announced that Patrick Lennon and Christopher Todd are now associate vice presidents. Both joined NAI Hanson in 2013 and have become key members of its brokerage team, with an expertise in industrial sales and leasing and a clientele that includes some of the area’s most prominent developers, investors and tenants.
Lennon, working on a team with Senior Vice President Kenneth Lundberg, has since helped to negotiate 100 deals totaling nearly 3 million square feet and valued at close to $200 million, according to a news release. In 2018 alone, the team completed 24 sale or lease transactions amounting to nearly 1.2 million square feet and more than $114 million.
“To be successful in this industry, brokers must possess the ability to analyze substantial amounts of data on behalf of their clients to provide them with the counsel they rely upon to make well informed real estate decisions,” Lundberg said. “Patrick exemplifies these abilities and has been able to apply them in order to build a successful career in the commercial real estate field. I applaud him for this well-deserved promotion and look forward to continuing to work with him to deliver the superior client service that defines NAI James E. Hanson.”
Todd, meantime, works on a team with Senior Vice President Scott K. Perkins. Partnering with the veteran broker has allowed him to help negotiate 43 industrial deals totaling roughly 1.47 million square feet with a value of about $130.5 million during his time with NAI Hanson.
“It would not be possible to compete in one of the nation’s most competitive industrial markets without one of the best industrial brokerage teams in the country,” Perkins said. “Chris has been a vital piece of our industrial team and has allowed our firm to continue to excel in this dynamic market. I offer my sincere congratulations to Chris on this well-deserved promotion and his success over such a short period of time.”
Lennon holds a bachelor’s in public relations from James Madison University and is currently attending the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University, the news release said. Todd earned a degree in business administration from Manhattan College.
