A toy wholesaler is staying in place at a flex industrial complex in East Brunswick, where it occupies 10,000 square feet under a lease with Denholtz Properties.
The owner and developer on Tuesday announced the renewal by Y&W International, a tenant at its Edgeboro Corporate Center at 12-16 Edgeboro Road. The lease will allow Y&W to continue to operate a showroom and distribution facility at the two-building, 84,000-square-foot property, which is a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike and close to other major highways.
David Zimmel of Zimmel Associates represented Denholtz in the transaction.
“For many years, central New Jersey’s accessibility, population density, and strong business climate have made it a tremendous market for flex space,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, senior vice president of leasing at Denholtz Associates. “Our large portfolio of flex space in Middlesex County allows us to consistently respond to strong local demand and provide long-term homes for businesses like Y&W International that enable them to service both local and national markets.”
Founded in 1988, Y&W International is a wholesaler of toys with customers across the U.S., according to a news release. Denholtz touted Middlesex County’s growth trajectory and a lack of supply for industrial users, despite booming demand.
