A nail salon has inked a 1,700-square-foot lease at a North Brunswick shopping center, under a recently completed transaction with Levin Management Corp.
The operator, Lux Nails, will be among the latest tenants at the North Village Shopping Center on Route 1. The business comes to the 128,000-square-foot complex alongside anchors including Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Staples and Trader Joe’s, along with a host of other tenants.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty represented ownership, while Mary Situ of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.
“North Village Shopping Center’s Route 1 location and superb demographics — including a population of more than 263,000 people and an average household income exceeding $128,000 within five miles of the center — were key draws for Lux Nails,” Fernandez-Kelty said. “This new tenant is a great complement for North Village Shopping Center’s service-oriented tenant roster and represents another convenience for the North Brunswick community.”
